While attending the University Of Georgia, he served as Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review. At the conclusion of his first year of law school, Mr. Smith received the Newell Edenfield Scholarship because he was ranked in the top 10% of his class. Prior to attending law school, he attended Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelor of Arts.

At present, Mr. Smith is a partner in the firm of Barritt Smith LLP. He has effectively obtained high-dollar results for employees that were the victims of various employment law violations including wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, and other injuries at the hands of their employers*.
